Our Team

A small, hard-working consulting firm based in Toowoomba. Established in 2013, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success through simple solutions. Since then we have helped multiple organisations and individuals achieve their goals. We would love to help you do the same.

"Perko" is our resident geek. He loves Star Wars, Fords, and anything to do with cricket. When he isn't doing this you'll find him out persuing his main passion, working with clients to help them get better.

 

Glenn has over 19 years experience in the agricultural industry having worked with small through to corporate sized businesses. Roles have included Agronomist, Area Sales Manager, and National Sales Manager responsibilities. He specialises in nutritional consultation, research, and business management. Tertiary qualifications include a Diploma in Applied Science (Agronomy) and a Masters of Agribusiness.

 

A current Cricket Australia Level 2 coach, he is also qualified to work with players at all levels. This includes beginners through to representative players. He has been involved in In2Cricket programs, club and state coaching, and club board positions. Glenn's intimate understanding and passion for the game makes him the perfect choice for your club or players.

Megan's attention to detail as a Registered Nurse comes in handy in her role as the company Director. She oversees all of our projects and makes sure that we are focusing on the client's needs.

Outside of the business and her busy work duties, Megan is busy looking after her babies. No not the children, but her two Siberian Huskies. She is also seen regulary driving around Toowoomba shuttling the human kids to various sports training sessions and games.
